Our services include primary care for families, concierge therapies such as IV infusions, vaccinations, hormone replacement, weight loss programs, ozone therapy, and DOT exams. We accept insurance for most basic medical services, making healthcare affordable for our patients. For services not covered by insurance, such as advanced lab tests and screening procedures, we offer them at wholesale cost prices. At Prime Health, we prioritize thorough assessments, longer appointments to address all your health concerns, and shorter wait times, similar to what you'd experience with a direct primary care model. No! Memberships are optional at Prime Health, and we will see any patient regardless of whether or not they want to be a member.
Yes! Prime Health is a hybrid clinic of Traditional and Direct Primary Care. We work with most major insurance companies and can disclose to you upfront whether or not we accept yours!
We have solutions for those problems! For new patients it is a flat rate cost of $250 dollars and for established patients it is $150 dollars. In addition to that we offer tests at discounted wholesale prices and accept cash payments.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and care credit. We offer a 5% discount on cash payments and there is an included 5% transaction fee for credit/debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Walk-ins are welcome for IV Infusions and ancillary services, but for medical services appointments are required.
